Turns out the WHOLE Family Loves them! This will make making banana bread and muffins a bit less tasking for me. I can keep it GF for everyone! :)

Ingredients

1 call purpose gluten free flour
-
1 ccoconut flour, gluten free

1 csugar (or 3/4 cup agave nectar)

1 tspsea salt

1 tspgf baking soda
-
1 tspgf baking powder
-
1 1/2 tspxanthan gum
-
1/2 ccrisco
-
2 largeeggs
-
2-3 largeripe bananas, mashed

1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 cwalnuts, chopped (optional)

CREAM CHEESE ICING
-
1- 8 ozpackage cream cheese at room temp

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cbutter, softened
-
1 lbpowdered sugar
How to Make Gluten-Free Banana Walnut Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare cupcake pans by lining with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl add flours, sugar, salt, xanthan gum, baking soda, & baking powder. Sift until mixed together well.
