blueberry butternut squash bread
This was in my church cook book many years back. I know it is a very old recipe.My Aunt had this recipe in the cook book. It was so delicious. I needed to share this recipe. The combo sounds strange,but boy it is delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs beaten
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup butternut squash cooked and mashed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries,if frozen drain well after thawing
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
How To Make blueberry butternut squash bread

Step 1combine eggs,sugar,oil, apple sauce,vanilla and squash

Step 2sift dry ingredients together

Step 3add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and sir well to combine

Step 4fold in blueberries and nuts

Step 5pour in to 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes

Step 6cool on wire rack. Enjoy
