These muffins are very good and so easy to make.I like them warm with butter ...yummy. There very good to take to a gathering , they go quick so you might want to make more than one batch.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- - dash of ground nutmeg
- 1-1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine , melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup shredded mozarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Step 1IN A BOWL COMBINE THE FLOUR , BAKING POWDER ,PEPPER AND NUTMEG.

Step 2IN ANOTHER BOWL COMBINE THE MILK , BUTTER AND EGG .

Step 3STIR INTO DRY INDGREDIENTS JUST UNTIL MOISTENED. FOLD IN THE ONION AND CHEESES. FILL GREASED JUMBO MUFFIN CUPS TWO THIRDS FULL. BAKE @ 400° FOR 20-25 MIN. OR UNTIL TOOTH PICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL FOR 5 MIN. BEFORE REMOVING FROM PAN TO WIRE RACK . YIELDS ; 6 MUFFINS
