thyme and garlic floating bread
I actually came up with this recipe because I had made Navy Bean Primavera Soup, and I thought I had some Rustic Aubergine Bread left. But alas and alack, it wasn't so. The kids had pilfered the goods. So this was a quick fix. We loved it. And we possibly added two or three, floaters per bowl, but we aren't tellin'!
