Mix pecans, 2/3 cup of brown sugar, corn syrup and 1/4 cup melted butter in a 9X13 inch cake pan. Spread to cover the bottom of the pan. Set aside. Stir baking mix and evaporated milk until dough forms; about 20 strokes. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix and gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into a ball and knead 10 times. Roll dough into rectangle (approx. 9X15)and spread with 2 tablespoons softened butter. Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over rectangle. Roll up tightly beginning at the 15 inch side. Pinch edge of dough into roll to seal. Cut into twelve 1 1/4 inch slices and arrange them cut sides down in the pan. Bake until golden brown approx. 30 minutes. Immediately invert on a heat proof serving plate. Let stand 10 minutes and then carefully separate rolls. Serve warm. Makes 12 Rolls
