This is a low fat no cholesterol vegan alternative to a classic comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups bananas mashed
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/8 cup honey

How To Make banana bread

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350 F
  • Step 2
    Cook on low heat mashed bananas for just a minute to allow the natural juices to come out.
  • Step 3
    Mix the honey and applesauce together.
  • Step 4
    Add bananas. Taste.. if not enough banana flavor add another banana.
  • Step 5
    In another bowl add flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.Mix the dry ingredients.
  • Step 6
    Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Mix well.
  • Step 7
    Put mixture in a mini loaf pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
