  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c
    bananas mashed
  • 1 c
    applesauce
  • 1/8 c
    honey

How to Make Banana Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 350 F
  2. Cook on low heat mashed bananas for just a minute to allow the natural juices to come out.
  3. Mix the honey and applesauce together.
  4. Add bananas. Taste.. if not enough banana flavor add another banana.
  5. In another bowl add flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.Mix the dry ingredients.
  6. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Mix well.
  7. Put mixture in a mini loaf pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
