2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 1/2 c
bananas mashed
1 c
applesauce
1/8 c
honey

How to Make Banana Bread

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven 350 F
  • 2Cook on low heat mashed bananas for just a minute to allow the natural juices to come out.
  • 3Mix the honey and applesauce together.
  • 4Add bananas. Taste.. if not enough banana flavor add another banana.
  • 5In another bowl add flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.Mix the dry ingredients.
  • 6Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Mix well.
  • 7Put mixture in a mini loaf pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
