QUICK FIX CHEESY GARLIC BREAD

It is simple easy, tasty and crusty, and my husband loves it this way. Sometimes I make it even cheesier by adding finely grated Italian Cheese Blend or parmesan cheese on top.
I use to buy the cheap boxes of Mac & Cheese just to get the grated cheese out to use to make the bread. Then I found that I could buy the huge size you see in the picture from Amazon, and that is what I use now. It is great on Pop Corn Potatoes, and the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Try it.
1loaf vienna bread (split in half lengthwise)
1 1/2 stickbutter, softened to room temperature (or use can't beleive it's not butter)
1 Tbspchopped chive, plus extra for top
1/2-1 tspitalian seasoning
2 tspgranulated garlic powder (plus extra for top)
4 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
4 Tbspgourmet cheddar cheese powder
·finely shredded italian cheese blend (optional) but very tasty
