I created this easy Garlic bread loaf to serve with my Stuffed Bell Pepper soup, and it was really great. It was crusty on the outside and full of garlic flavor. It was a great way to add a quick bread to go with the soup. Give it a try, I am sure you will enjoy it too. Crusty on the outside with a soft texture on the inside. Plus it is so simple and easy to make.
