I created this easy Garlic bread loaf to serve with my Stuffed Bell Pepper soup, and it was really great. It was crusty on the outside and full of garlic flavor. It was a great way to add a quick bread to go with the soup. Give it a try, I am sure you will enjoy it too.

Crusty on the outside with a soft texture on the inside. Plus it is so simple and easy to make.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 Tbsp
dried chopped chive or parsley
1 Tbsp
granulated garlic (not garlic salt)
1-2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Spray a long cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Open package and place loaf on cookie sheet seam side down. Make 4-6 deep gashes (cuts) into bread) with a sharp knife.
2Add the olive oil, and other ingredients to a small bowl EXCEPT THE PARMESAN CHEESE. STIR TILL BLENDED together.
3Now brush over the top and sides of loaf with an acrylic brush.
4Now spray with the garlic juice if desired for more garlic flavor.
5Sprinkle top with grated parmesan cheese
6Bake in preheated oven for allotted time on package. Mine took about 28 minutes. Remove from oven allow to sit at least 10 minutes before cutting with a serrated knife.
7Slice into desired size pieces, add butter while bread is hot, if desired. enjoy. I served this bread with my Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup.
