How to Make Up In Smoke Corn Fritters
- Sift dry ingredients together then add egg to milk and mix with dry ingredients.
- Fold in corn then drop spoonfuls or use a small ice cream scoop, into hot fat and fry until brown on both sides. They should be slightly smaller than a golf ball.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve with Honey butter
