Rosemary dinner rolls
My friend Sharon shared this recipe with me. Cast iron skillet provides a crisper outer shell on the rolls.
A course salt adds a nice touch.
How to Make Rosemary dinner rolls
- Set dough balls out in the morning. Place in cast iron skillet or casserole dish. Cover with light kitchen towel. Let rise for the day.
- When ready to prepare; melt butter and chop Rosemary.
Brush lightly the butter just to coat.
- Sprinkle with the fresh Rosemary and salt. I used sea salt.
Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown at 350.
Note: if making Italian, substitute garlic and Parmesan.
