Amazing! I cannot begin to tell you how simple, delicious and how much these are requested.

My friend Sharon shared this recipe with me. Cast iron skillet provides a crisper outer shell on the rolls.

A course salt adds a nice touch.

How to Make Rosemary dinner rolls

Step-by-Step

  1. Set dough balls out in the morning. Place in cast iron skillet or casserole dish. Cover with light kitchen towel. Let rise for the day.
  2. When ready to prepare; melt butter and chop Rosemary.

Brush lightly the butter just to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with the fresh Rosemary and salt. I used sea salt.

Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown at 350.

Note: if making Italian, substitute garlic and Parmesan.
