- 3 cups cooked shredded pork
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 cups angel hair coleslaw mix from 10-oz. package
- 2 medium green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 12 - mini burger bins, split

Step 1In a large microwave bowl, place pork and barbecue sauce; cover and microwave on high 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. In medium bowl, stir together coleslaw, onions, dressing and blue cheese. Spoon about 1/4 cup pork mixture onto each bun bottom, top with coleslaw mixture. Replace bun tops. Makes 12 servings.
