We like to enjoy jalapeno poppers and had a random idea to try creating them chopped up and putting them inside croissants. We tried it and it turned out to be a big hit.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 3-4 large jalapeno peppers
- 1 package croissants, jumbo size
How To Make popper croissants

Step 1Pre-heat Oven to 400*F. Place bacon on to cookie sheet and bake for 20min. This is part of prep time.

Step 2Chop Jalapenos, seeds and all but the stem.

Step 3In medium bowl add softened cream cheese and jalapenos and stir until well mixed.

Step 4Once bacon is crisp, chop in to bits and add to cream cheese and jalapeno mixture and stir well.

Step 5Adjust the oven temperature that to what is on croissant package.

Step 6Roll out croissants and put mixture on each croissant and roll, making sure to close up the ends where it will not come out during cooking.

Step 7Place on cookie sheets and cook according to croissant time on package.

Step 8Let stand a few minutes after cooking and enjoy!
