Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 pint 300ml milk
- 3 ounces 75g melted butter
- 4 ounces 100g self rising flour
- 2 ounces 50 g sultanas or currants
How To Make llangofllyn pikelets

Step 1Beat the eggs, the milk and the melted butter. Add the flour and beat to a smooth batter. Add currants.

Step 2Heat griddle or cast iron fry pan and lightly oil. Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture on the griddle. Lightly brown on one side and then turn over to lightly brown the other.

Step 3Serve warm with butter and a sprinkling of caster sugar(quick dissolving)
