How to Make LLangofllyn Pikelets


  1. Beat the eggs, the milk and the melted butter. Add the flour and beat to a smooth batter. Add currants.
  2. Heat griddle or cast iron fry pan and lightly oil. Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture on the griddle. Lightly brown on one side and then turn over to lightly brown the other.
  3. Serve warm with butter and a sprinkling of caster sugar(quick dissolving)
