down home cornbread
Another recipe from my Nana. To this day I'll go to a restaurant that serves corn bread or muffins, take one bite and 'choke' it down because it just isn't the same. To make her cornbread dressing at Thanksgiving she would add the spices to the cornbread before baking, The addition made ALL the difference in the world to this savory side dish. Guess that's why I don't ever order turkey and dressing out anywhere. If anyone wants it let me know. Hope y'all like this, and let me know what you think.
