How to Make Yorkshire Pudding
- Mix flour & salt in a bowl, make a hollow in the center and drop in the egg.
- Stir with a wooden spoon and add liquid gradually until all flour is worked in.
- Beat well and add remaining liquid.
- Add hot fat from roasted joint (beef) to a hot cooking tin and pour the pudding mixture into tin.
- Bake in a hot oven at 450 degrees
Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes for a large pudding or 20 minutes for smaller ones.
