easy, moist cranberry-orange muffins
I love to make these for Sunday morning brunches. They are healthy and so moist and go well w/ just about any breakfast. Or have one as a snack!!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup low-sugar orang juice
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1-1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons orange peel
How To Make easy, moist cranberry-orange muffins

Step 1Heat oven at 400. Spray muffin tins w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

Step 2Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. If making lg muffins check w/ a toothpick inserted in center of muffin at 18 mins. If using small muffin cups, check at about 12 mins. You may need a little longer for either size.
