reduced carb pizza dough
I LOVE this crust. It's crispy, thin, and my pizza tasted delicious. If your not a mutigrain lover, then this probably isn't for you.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water, approx 85°
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon lite sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon splenda
- 1 1/4 cups flax seed meal, hodson mill
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour, king arthur
- 1/2 cup wheat flour, king arthur
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
How To Make reduced carb pizza dough

Step 1I used a bread machine for the dough. Place water and oil in pan and add yeast. Stir to dissolve yeast.

Step 2Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

Step 3Add dry ingredients to pan of wet ingredients. Place on DOUGH ONLY cycle.

Step 4Check after a few minutes to make sure everything is getting mixed together, run rubber spatula around edges if needed to remove any flour stuck on side.

Step 5Sprinkle a tiny bit of wheat flour on counter top and roll half the dough out to about 1/8".

Step 6I baked my pizza's at 425° for about 20 min.
