Reduced carb pizza dough

I LOVE this crust. It's crispy, thin, and my pizza tasted delicious. If your not a mutigrain lover, then this probably isn't for you.

2 medium pizzas

3/4 c
water, approx 85°
1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1/2 tsp
lite sea salt
1/4 tsp
1 1/4 c
flax seed meal, hodson mill
1/2 c
all purpose flour, king arthur
1/2 c
wheat flour, king arthur
1 tsp
active dry yeast


1I used a bread machine for the dough. Place water and oil in pan and add yeast. Stir to dissolve yeast.
2Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
3Add dry ingredients to pan of wet ingredients. Place on DOUGH ONLY cycle.
4Check after a few minutes to make sure everything is getting mixed together, run rubber spatula around edges if needed to remove any flour stuck on side.
5Sprinkle a tiny bit of wheat flour on counter top and roll half the dough out to about 1/8".
6I baked my pizza's at 425° for about 20 min.
