How to Make Tomatoe Gravy
- Cut up a fourth of a small onion and fry in two TBSP of bacon drippings,can keep bacon and crumble on top of gravy before serving if you wish).
- Add in two cans of tomatoes,chopped up or hand mushed to break them up.Juice and all.
- Now get 1/2 cup water and whisk in 2 TBSP of flour in a bowl.Whisk as you add this to the cooking pot of tomato gravy so there are no flour lumps in your gravy.
- Add in salt and pepper to your taste buds say its just right. And put this over a just homemade biscuit or a can biscuit.YUM YUM! I eat this right by itself.
