Ingredients
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 package quick rise yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar for yeast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 stick butter cold and into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk or regular milk
How To Make easy angel biscits

Step 1In large bowl add the flour,sugar andbaking powder. Set aside

Step 2In a small bowl add the yeast and the sugar and the water stir with wisk till blended set aside for at least 5 minutes till foamy.

Step 3Add butter and shorting with flour and cut in with a pastry blender or 2 forks till crumbly , add yeast and milk

Step 4mix till you have a soft dough (will be a little sticky) on a floured counter roll out dough and cut the biscuits the size you want let sit on top of warm stovetop for 10 minutes and bake at 400* till brown.
