my favorite snowflake rolls
These are my favorite. A snowflake roll is a light and airy roll with a slight chew to it. Melt some butter in the middle of these warm. They are so good. My daughter and I could consume 3-4 at a meal. Quick to make for a yeast roll. I used to buy these at a local bakery. Until I discovered how easy they were to make. If you like a nice soft roll. These are it. This recipe was given to me by a good friend. Before you begin, use bread flour for a soft chewy roll. Use all-purpose for a soft roll. To get results in between, I use 1/2 bread and 1/2 all-purpose. There is more gluten in bread flour.
