Wild Mushroom Crostini
This can be made in your own skillet on the stove or in the Ninja Cooking System.

12 ozassorted fresh wild mushrooms, sliced (cremini, shiitake, oyster, white)
1 - 2 smallshallots, minced
2 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 tspsalt & black pepper
3 - 4 Tbspmarsala wine
2 - 4 Tbspbasil leaves, finely chopped (or tbsp dry)
16 slicefrench bread loaf or italian (sliced 1/2 thick)
1 cmini crackers (optional)
2 - 3 Tbspparmesan cheese, grated
How to Make Wild Mushroom Crostini
- Place your butter into pot and set to STOVETOP HIGH. When butter is melted add your shrooms and shallots to pot. Cook uncovered 10 -12 minutes till they are lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add your garlic, salt & pepper. Cook for 2 minutes and then add your wine & cook till absorbed, stirring constantly. Stir in basil. (If using dry basil add with the shrooms).
