Ingredients

12 to 14(medium-sized) fresh mushrooms, cleaned/stems removed

2 ozcream cheese, room temperature

3 Tbspitalian style bread crumbs
-
2 Tbspsour cream (optional)
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
1/4 cbacon bits or crumbles
-
1/2 cgrated monterey jack cheese
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspground basil leaves
-
1/4 tspground oregano leaves
-
1 dash(es)salt
-
1 dash(es)black pepper
-
·olive oil to drizzle
How to Make ROSE'S STUFFED MUSHROOMS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. - Mix the cheeses, bread crumbs, bacon bits, and spices together in a medium bowl.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture. Place upright in your baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. - Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes.
- NOTE: Instead of using the bacon bits inside, you can wrap each mushroom with a half slice of bacon before baking. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
