This is a simple, low fat appetizer that is fun to serve, and to eat!

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 - green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded fat free cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons turkey bacon bits
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make party potatoes

  • Step 1
    Heat 1 inch of water to boiling in a 3-quart saucepan. Add potatoes. Cover and boil for 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Step 3
    Drain potatoes and place a toothpick in the center of each one. Place potatoes neatly on tray around dip.
