jalapino poppers !!!
These peppers go great with a burger and slaw, and really goes with a steaming bowl of homemade chili.

Ingredients
- JALAPINO PEPPERS:
- 6 medium jalapino peppers
- 6 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons almonds or walnuts
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- TEMPURA BETTER:
- 3/8 cup flour
- 1/8 can cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 - egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water or light beer
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Step 1JALAPINO PEPPERS:

Step 2Using a sharp knife, cut a linghtwise slit down the center of each pepper. (DO NOT CUT THROUGH ). Remove the seed from peppers.

Step 3In a medium bowl mash together ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and chopped nuts.

Step 4One by one stuff each pepper with cheese mixture, until all are stuffed set aside.

Step 5TEMPURA BATTER:

Step 6Separate egg white. Beat until frothy and light (DO NOT OVER BEAT ), white should be vary liquid and should not reach a stage where a peak would hold.

Step 7Fold all ingredients and beat only until smooth.

Step 8Dip peppers into flour, then dip into Tempura batter. Fry in hot vegetable oil
