Ingredients
- 1 slice joseph's whole wheat lavash bread w/flax & oats
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup refried beans ... i use taco bell's
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sprinkle - hot sauce of your choice (optional)
- Chopped - tomato's, onions, lettuce, chopped olive's, and sour cream (optional)
How To Make fast/healthy kid-adult bean/cheese lavash rollups

Step 1Spread Refried Beans on one piece of Joseph's Lavash Bread. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar Cheese. Add several dashes of hot sauce if desired.

Step 2Roll Lavash Jelly Roll Style, and microwave just long enough to heat cheese. The Jelly Roll can now be cut into 1" (or larger) pieces.

Step 3You can now top with any/all of the optional ingredients if desired! Enjoy!
