Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 slice
joseph's whole wheat lavash bread w/flax & oats
1/4 to 1/2 c
refried beans ... i use taco bell's
1/4 to 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
Sprinkle
hot sauce of your choice (optional)
Chopped
tomato's, onions, lettuce, chopped olive's, and sour cream (optional)

How to Make Fast/Healthy Kid-Adult Bean/Cheese Lavash Rollups

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spread Refried Beans on one piece of Joseph's Lavash Bread. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar Cheese. Add several dashes of hot sauce if desired.
  • 2Roll Lavash Jelly Roll Style, and microwave just long enough to heat cheese. The Jelly Roll can now be cut into 1" (or larger) pieces.
  • 3You can now top with any/all of the optional ingredients if desired! Enjoy!
