Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive (or cooking) oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce mix
  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced unpeeled cooking apples (such as mcintosh)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

How To Make fall apple salad

  • Step 1
    Combine first 5 ingredients in small cup.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining 4 ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil mixture. Toss.
