Depends on how much you eat!
20 Min

8 oz
cream cheese or cream cheese, lowfat
2 tsp
beef bullion, powdered or 2 cubes
1 bunch
green onions, finely chopped
3/4 to 1 c
boiling water
1/4 c
mayonnaise or mayonnaise, fat free

1Boil water in microwave or on stove top.
2Stir in Beef Bullion powder or cubes.
3Pour over soften Cream Cheese. Note: This can be slightly softened in a Microwave Oven to make it easier to stir.
4Add chopped green onions.
5Add Mayonaise [not Salad Dressing, like "Miracle Whip"].
6Stir everything together to evenly mix.
7Set in refrigerator to set up a little. The longer it sits in the refrigerator, the more firm it becomes.
8NOTE: If you want it to be less firm/dense, just add more hot water at any time.
Also Note: If you want a stronger taste, use more Bullion.
Make a Change: Use any other Bullion you choose: Chicken, Mexican, etc., for a different taste.
9Serve in a large bowl, or set around several smaller bowls. In my family, whatever I set out, it will be gone too quickly. This will last for a long time in your refrigerator...if they do not eat them all!
10Try it with this small amount. Then, you may double, triple, or quadruple it. There is no limit to how much you can make. Even if I am using 4 times as much ingredients, I make them separately [each in this size] so ingredients will mix evenly.
