These little German appetizers will be so good for your next party or get together; even the kids will love them. These are great topped with your favorite toppings too. Chicken, egg, pork,tuna,tomato. sausage....

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bisquick baking mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter or margarine
  • 1 cup chopped sauerkraut, the kind in a jar by the chilled section pickles,etc.
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional

How To Make bohemian appetizers

  • Step 1
    Combine Bisquick, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add rinsed,sauerkraut, drained and patted a little dry with a paper towel; add milk. Mix well. Roll out as for pie crust on floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut small round disks with a cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400^ for 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
