Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 2 bunch
    broccoli, califlower, carrots, green onions
  • 1 pkg
    fat free cream cheese
  • 1 c
    fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg
    pillsbury crescent rolls
  • pinch
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley ranch mix

How to Make Bettie Sue's Veggie Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Roll out Crescent Rolls onto ungreased cookie sheet, bake according to package. Set aside to cool
  2. Mix Ranch mix, cream cheese, sour cream and spread onto cooled dough. then finely chop all veggies and sprinkle on top of ranch mix. Then top with shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle Salt and Pepper. Cut into squares and enjoy.
