Ingredients

  • 4 - avocados
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 - small onion, minced
  • 2 - cloves garlic, minced
  • - cilantro (optional)
  • - salt and pepper (to taste)

How To Make avocado tomato dip

  • Step 1
    To make dressing: Mince onion and garlic in food processor. Add oil, lemon, and seasonings
  • Step 2
    Chop the cherry tomatoes and the avocado into bite size pieces. Put in a mixing bowl
  • Step 3
    Toss with enough dressing to moisten. Spread in a flat bottomed serving dish.
  • Step 4
    Serve the same day with 'scoop' tortilla chips.
