- 4 - avocados
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - small onion, minced
- 2 - cloves garlic, minced
- - cilantro (optional)
- - salt and pepper (to taste)
How To Make avocado tomato dip

Step 1To make dressing: Mince onion and garlic in food processor. Add oil, lemon, and seasonings

Step 2Chop the cherry tomatoes and the avocado into bite size pieces. Put in a mixing bowl

Step 3Toss with enough dressing to moisten. Spread in a flat bottomed serving dish.

Step 4Serve the same day with 'scoop' tortilla chips.
