Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
- 3 tablespoons miracle whip®
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce such as cholula®, or to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1 pinch ground himalayan sea salt
- 2 teaspoons green onions, finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 medium dinner rolls, sliced
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make tuna melt

Step 1Heat oven to broil and arrange a rack 6-inch from heating element.

Step 2In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spoon tuna mixture on top of 4 bread pieces; top with cheese. Place them on a baking sheet and broil triangles until cheese is JUST melted, 5 minutes. Serve garnished with chives.
