  • 1 16 oz
    salmon, canned
  • 1 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    onion, grated
  • 1 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley, snipped

How to Make Salmon Party Ball


  1. Drain and flake salmon. Remove bones and skin.
  2. Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion and horseradish. Chill for several hours.
  3. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture in a ball and roll into the nut/parsley mixture. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
