Ingredients
- 1 16 ounces salmon, canned
- 1 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 tablespoons parsley, snipped
How To Make salmon party ball

Step 1Drain and flake salmon. Remove bones and skin.

Step 2Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion and horseradish. Chill for several hours.

Step 3Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture in a ball and roll into the nut/parsley mixture. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
