Ingredients For salmon party ball

  • 1 16 oz
    salmon, canned
  • 1 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    onion, grated
  • 1 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley, snipped

How To Make salmon party ball

  • 1
    Drain and flake salmon. Remove bones and skin.
  • 2
    Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion and horseradish. Chill for several hours.

    Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture in a ball and roll into the nut/parsley mixture. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
