Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 28 ounces tuna
- 1 small onion, finely minced
- 3 - tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 small tin anchovies
- - green olives, finely diced
- - tabasco hot sauce, to taste
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 8 - mint leaves
- 5 - basil leaves
- - vinegar to taste
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree (more if needed)
How To Make maltese tuna spread

Step 1Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to desired consistency. If the color is too pale, add more tomato puree. If it is too runny, add some soft bread to absorb the moisture.
