Ingredients
- 200 grams fish
- 2 teaspoons yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
How To Make fish tikka

Step 1Cut the the fish into cube size pieces and mix with half of the red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and keep for 10 minutes.

Step 2Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl and mix with all the remaining ingredients to make a thick mixture.

Step 3Mix the fish cubes with this mixture and keep refrigerated for 3 hours or overnight to marinate.

Step 4Now grill them till crisp golden and serve with cilantro mint sauce and sprouts salad.
