Ingredients For fish tikka

  • 200 g
    fish
  • 2 tsp
    yoghurt
  • 1 tsp
    ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp
    red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    cooking oil
  • 1/3 tsp
    salt

How To Make fish tikka

  • 1
    Cut the the fish into cube size pieces and mix with half of the red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and keep for 10 minutes.

    Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl and mix with all the remaining ingredients to make a thick mixture.

    Mix the fish cubes with this mixture and keep refrigerated for 3 hours or overnight to marinate.
  • 4
    Now grill them till crisp golden and serve with cilantro mint sauce and sprouts salad.
