  • 200 g
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp
    red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    cooking oil
  • 1/3 tsp

How to Make Fish Tikka


  1. Cut the the fish into cube size pieces and mix with half of the red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and keep for 10 minutes.
  2. Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl and mix with all the remaining ingredients to make a thick mixture.
  3. Mix the fish cubes with this mixture and keep refrigerated for 3 hours or overnight to marinate.
  4. Now grill them till crisp golden and serve with cilantro mint sauce and sprouts salad.
