This recipe can be made ahead of time and put on grill to reheat, about 5 minutes on each side.

Ingredients

  • - blue cheese dressing
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2- 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

How To Make oven fried buffalo wings

  • Step 1
    Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces discard tip.
  • Step 2
    Cut off excess skin discard.
  • Step 3
    Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Step 4
    Heat 2 Tbsp. of the butter in a rectangular pan, 13-9-2 inches until melted.
  • Step 5
    Coat chicken wing pieces with flour, shake off excess flour.
  • Step 6
    Put wings in pan, Bake uncovered 20 minutes, turn wings bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes longer, Drain.
  • Step 7
    Melt last Tbsp. butter and mix with vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in 3 quart bowl until well blended.
  • Step 8
    Add wings toss until evenly coated
  • Step 9
    Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
