Ingredients

  • 3 medium chicken drumstick
  • 4 teaspoons yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/3 teaspoon green chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

How To Make chicken tangdi(drumstick) kabab

  • Step 1
    Clean and make some incision on the drumsticks.
  • Step 2
    Apply salt, lemon juice and chilli paste. Keep marinated for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl and add other ingredients one by one to make a batter or paste.
  • Step 4
    Mix the first marinated chicken drumsticks with this paste and keep refrigerated for overnight or 4 - 6 hours to absorb all the flavours.
  • Step 5
    Preheat oven to 240°c for 15 minutes and line a baking sheet with aluminium foil.
  • Step 6
    Place the marinated chicken drumsticks and brush with some butter and bake for 20 minutes or till crisp golden.
