Ingredients

  • ·
    3 pounds (1.5 kilos) chicken wingetts
  • ·
    1 packet taco or fajita seasoning
  • ·
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ·
    2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ·
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to Make Betty's Tex-Mex Chicken Wings

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375oF/180oC and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together using your hands - I use disposable kitchen gloves.
  3. Place on to the pre pared tray and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the tray, turn each wingette over and bake for a further 15 minutes OR until the chicken is cooked and juices run clear.
  4. Serve on a platter with a bowl of salsa, taco sauce or sour cream.
