·3 pounds (1.5 kilos) chicken wingetts
·1 packet taco or fajita seasoning
·2 teaspoons minced garlic
·2 tablespoons lime juice
·1 tablespoon vegetable oil
How to Make Betty's Tex-Mex Chicken Wings
- Pre-heat oven to 375oF/180oC and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together using your hands - I use disposable kitchen gloves.
- Place on to the pre pared tray and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the tray, turn each wingette over and bake for a further 15 minutes OR until the chicken is cooked and juices run clear.
- Serve on a platter with a bowl of salsa, taco sauce or sour cream.
