Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut up
  • 4 - egg whites, beaten
  • 1 cup whole wheat white flour
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • - 0% fat commercial wing sauce
  • LOW FAT FETA OR BLUE CHEESE SAUCE
  • 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled or fat free blue cheese if you can find it
  • 1/4 cup fat free half & half
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fat free or low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - pepper to taste

How To Make baked buffelo chicken bites with fat free feta dip

  • Step 1
    Pulse all ingredients for feta sauce in food processor until well combined. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step 3
    Grease a baking pan with 2 Tbsp. Canola oil.
  • Step 4
    Roll chicken in flour and dip in egg white then roll in flour again. Place in pan.
  • Step 5
    Spray tops with butter flavored cooking spray
  • Step 6
    Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Heat wing sauce on stove in a small sauce pan. Dip each piece of chicken in warm wing sauce.
  • Step 8
    Serve with celery sticks and low fat feta sauce.
