Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 jar dried beef chipped, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 small celery stalk with leaves
How To Make yam cheese ball

Step 1Combine cream cheese and yams; mix until well blended. Stir in the beef, cheddar cheese, pineapple and onion; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. form into large ball. Score sides to resemble pumpkin. Garnish with celery for a stem. Serve on large tray encircled by several varieties of crackers.
