Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
  • cayenne pepper

How To Make wasabi devils

  • Step 1
    Boil eggs with heavy salt (makes them easy to peel) for 12 minutes on a high boil. Remove and cool. Peel and half eggs adding cooked yolks to a mixing bowl and your egg halves to your dish.
  • Step 2
    Mash yolks with a fork until fine. Add Mayo, Mustard, and Wasabi to yolks and mix. Tip: Mix with an electric mixer for a smoother texture. (I use only one of the beaters).
  • Step 3
    Add creamy mixture to your eggs with a spoon. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
