Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
- cayenne pepper
How To Make wasabi devils

Step 1Boil eggs with heavy salt (makes them easy to peel) for 12 minutes on a high boil. Remove and cool. Peel and half eggs adding cooked yolks to a mixing bowl and your egg halves to your dish.

Step 2Mash yolks with a fork until fine. Add Mayo, Mustard, and Wasabi to yolks and mix. Tip: Mix with an electric mixer for a smoother texture. (I use only one of the beaters).

Step 3Add creamy mixture to your eggs with a spoon. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
