I came up with this dip recipe because both avocados and chickpeas are great for my son's Tourette's syndrome symptoms but he hates guacamole (because of the tomatoes) and hummus. This dip is a combination that everyone in the family loves and it helps that we don't call it hummus or guacamole :)

Ingredients
- 1 can chick peas
- 1 - avocado
- - juice from 1/2 lemon
- - coarse sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons light sour cream
How To Make not hummus

Step 1In a food processor or blender, pulse or finely chop rinsed and drained chickpeas (or garbanzo beans)until almost smooth.

Step 2Add avocado, lemon juice, salt to taste (preferably coarse sea salt), light sour cream and garlic powder

Step 3Serve with cut up veggies or chips
