chunky tuna packed in olive oil

How To Make malta-style bruschetta

1Slice bread into 1/2-3/4 inch slices and drizzle with olive oil. Grill them in a grill pan or indoor grill until golden brown and set aside.

2Add a light sprinkling of olive oil and then spread each slice with tomato paste. Begin stacking your bruschetta with tuna, onion, capers and olives - cheese (if using) and completed each bruschetta with fresh chopped herbs.
