karen dullen's garlic oil dip
Who doesn't love to just sit with friends, a wonderful olive oil dip and French bread in the center of the table and just chit-chat? Just start mopping up the delectable concoction with hearty bite sized chunks of French bread or your favorite artisan bread! Before you know it....that dip is gone. If you love, love, love garlic, go ahead and add more....or less if you are not a fan. I think you might even be able to add in some dried onions if you so choose.

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4+ cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup parmesan, grated (i used probably double)
- salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
- 1 - loaf french bread or any artisan bread cut into bite-sized pieces
