How to Make Favorite Stuffed Jalapenos
- Use the Hormel Real Bacon bits, not fake stuff.
Drain the jalapenos in a strainer.
- Mix the remaining ingredients. Adjust the mayo as needed to make it so it's not dry.
- Stuff the pepper halves with the mixture. Serve "as is", DO NOT BAKE or heat.
PS...I sometimes soften cream cheese and use half mayo and half cream cheese. I haven't tried it yet, but I think next time I will try using roasted fresh jalapenos instead of canned, because I can control the heat level. I usually snack on the carrot slices in the jalapeno can (my little guilty sneak).
