fat-free, guilt-free onion dip

I was on the Weight Watchers diet many years ago, and had to host a party. My challenge was to come up with something that tasted good, yet was low in calories and fat. Hence, this idea came to mind, and it was an immediate success. One caveat: the dip will separate if left on its own overnight. Needs mixed; Refrigerate any leftovers.

Ingredients For fat-free, guilt-free onion dip

2 cnon-fat (or 1%) cottage cheese

1 pkglipton onion soup mix

1-4 Tbsplemon juice concentrate (add to taste)

vegetablescut up into slices; your choice of type to use
How To Make fat-free, guilt-free onion dip

1Place cottage cheese and onion mix in a mixer.

2Mix on high speed until ultra smooth.

3Gradually add lemon juice, one tbsp at a time, to mixture until it TASTES like sour cream. STOP when taste is achieved!

4Cut up desired vegetables and arrange on a serviing plate with dipping sauce centered. Serve with a smile!
