becky's super stuffed bread
This recipe was given to me by my cousin Becky who, honestly, could have rivaled many chefs. It makes a wonderful addition to a holiday dinner and for large gatherings I sometimes make two.

Ingredients
- 1 - loaf french bread
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, grated
- 8 slices bacon, precooked
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mustard, prepared
- 1 tablespoon sesame or poppy seeds
How To Make becky's super stuffed bread

Step 1Slice bread into 16 slices, NOT all the way through to the bottom.

Step 2Mix butter, onion, mustard and seeds. Spread mixture onto slices (both sides.)

Step 3Stuff with cheeses and top with bacon pieces.

Step 4Wrap loaf with aluminum foil around sides and bottom, only.

Step 5Bake at 325F degrees for 20 minutes or until bread is hot and cheese is completely melted.
