This recipe is one of my personal favorites - brings back memories of working for Tim Reedy (his personal recipe) and the fun office parties we had. Tim would bring these Sausage Rolls to all of our parties and they would disappear like magic . Thanks for the memories, Tim, and for sharing your personal recipe..

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
How To Make sausage rolls

Step 1Fry and break up sausage into small pieces. Drain well. When cool, mix in eggs (save 2 Tab to brush on top of rolls before baking). Add swiss cheese and parmesan cheese.

Step 2Roll out 1 package of rolls. Put 1/2 of sausage mixture on dough and roll up jelly roll style. Press edges down and tuck under. Brush top with saved 2 Tab of egg.

Step 3Roll other package of rolls and repeat, following directions.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Slice when cool.
