How to Make Sausage Rolls
- 1Fry and break up sausage into small pieces. Drain well. When cool, mix in eggs (save 2 Tab to brush on top of rolls before baking). Add swiss cheese and parmesan cheese.
- 2Roll out 1 package of rolls. Put 1/2 of sausage mixture on dough and roll up jelly roll style. Press edges down and tuck under. Brush top with saved 2 Tab of egg.
- 3Roll other package of rolls and repeat, following directions.
- 4Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Slice when cool.
