I made these for my 4 th of July party and they were gone in just a few minutes. Everyone loved them!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup kechup
  • 2 tablespoons onion,chopped
  • - salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 can jelled cranberry sauce
  • 12 ounces hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How To Make meatball snacks in cranberry sauce

  • Step 1
    in a large bowl mix ground beef and the rest 8 ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Blend well and form into small balls.Bake in oven at 400 F for 15-20 minutes. Pour off grease.
  • Step 3
    While meat balls are baking, combine all ingredients for sauce. Cover drain meat balls with sauce and bake , uncovered at 350 F for 30 minutes.
