Filled Dinner Rolls
2 pkg(pans) small dinner rolls (i use mrs. schubert's)
3/4 lbeach, ham and turkey (deli sliced thin)
8-12 ozshredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or 3-cheese mix)
2 Tbsppoppy seeds
How to Make Filled Dinner Rolls
- Melt together the mustard, sugar, margarine (or butter if you prefer) and poppy seeds.
- Cut rolls in half with an electric or bread knife.
- Remove tops and brush bottoms with some of the mustard mixture. Layer meat and cheeses, place tops back on rolls and brush tops with remaining mustard mixture.
- Place on cookie sheet (still in pans) and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Best if served warm but they'll eat them cold too!
