My sister-in-law made these years ago and they are a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 package marinated fajita meat - chicken beef or pork
  • 1 jar sliced jalapenos
  • 2 packages 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 pounds thin sliced bacon
  • 1 box toothpicks

How To Make fajita rolls

  • Step 1
    Trim fat from fajitas and slice into strips. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the fajita strip. Place 1 or 2 jalapeno slices on top of cream cheese. Roll fajita strip into a ball. Wrap bacon around the ball and secure with a toothpick.
  • Step 2
    Grill for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the temperature of your grill, and turn half way through cooking.
