Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    marinated fajita meat - chicken beef or pork
  • 1 jar(s)
    sliced jalapenos
  • 2 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 lb
    thin sliced bacon
  • 1 box
    toothpicks

How to Make Fajita Rolls

Step-by-Step

  1. Trim fat from fajitas and slice into strips.
    Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the fajita strip.
    Place 1 or 2 jalapeno slices on top of cream cheese.
    Roll fajita strip into a ball.
    Wrap bacon around the ball and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the temperature of your grill, and turn half way through cooking.
